General Information

  • The flanges are finally machined to join the spindle of the lathe. The flange nose for chuck attachment  is roughly machined (scheme I).
  • The flange nose and the chuck accession dimensions (dimensions E, F and G) are finally processed after mounting the lathe where they will be used (scheme II). This ensures the flange accuracy, which will be equal to the accuracy of the working spindle.
  • Dimensions E, F and G are only informative and they correspond to chuck accession according to standard DIN 6350. For other standards, the customer should specify the accession dimensions himself.
  • Offers for other sizes and types of chuck flanges – upon request.
