This production line ensures practical, reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, applicable to thickness 0.4—1.5 mm and width below 1500 mm. It is used for uncoiling, leveling, fixed length cutting operation of parts from carbon steel coil, galvanized plate coil, etc.

Main parts

  1. Feeding car

Hydraulic lifting, mechanical travel, loading ≤12t

  1. Uncoiler (AC frequency and servo control) 

Cantilever hydraulic type.

Frequency conversion control is compatible with the production line speed. The brake is used to connect the power and coil. The cantilever ends with hydraulic support arm.

The upper part of the coil material is provided with a pressing arm device to prevent coil material  from loosing.

  1. Hydraulic swing bridge and buffer storage pit

The sheet goes into the automatic scale feeding straightening machine by a swinging bridge, using line downward swing.

  1. Correcting device:

Prevents the sheet from left or right deviation. It is composed of bracket, adjusting screw and correcting wheel.

  1. Main leveling machine (servo control)

The leveling machine is a four-roller machine with 11 rollers, with another 2 traction rollers. It is mainly composed of machine frame part, roller part, movable cross beam, pressing mechanism, main driving part, electrical control system, centralized lubrication system, digital display device and mechanical display, basic components etc. The material of leveling rollers is 42CrMo, quenching + tempering-quenching after grinding, hardness HRC 55. In order to ensure roller operation without radial and axial run out, at roller end there are two rows of heavy mill bearings which are connected with roller shaft seat.

  1. Shearing machine

It is a high speed mechanical shearing machine with 2×1500  pneumatic clutch.

  1. Conveyor belt (optional)

Once cut from the shearing machine, the sheet is transported back to the unit.

The motor drives the chain-belt conveyor with frequency control synchronized with the cutting and stamping material.

  1. Stack device (optional)

Pneumatic push plate-type material device, set to a certain amount or weight, with manual lifting of the finished workpiece off the line.

  1. Hydraulic system

It consists of hydraulic station, suitable valve, pipe, and cylinders.

3KW motor, 10L plunger pump, the highest pressure is 20Mp, the actual pressure ≤15MP. Main hydraulic cylinder adopts imported seal rings, the other accessories are made of domestic high-quality parts.

  1. Pneumatic system

It consists of gas processing triple parts, solenoid valve, pipe and cylinder etc.

Note: the air source is supplied by the user.

  1. Electrical control system

It uses centralized control and consists of a touch screen, PLC, AC frequency and servo control. When cutting parts of a certain length, the shear number can be set by the operating table control. The computer control has two methods of operation – manual and automatic programming. In the automatic mode, the computer software manages the entire cut-to-length process.
